If you have a question about something we have not covered, please contact us before you fill out the vendor registration form on the next page. Do not wait to become a vendor at this show, for it will fill fast and will sell out like the last show There will be a vendor waiting list once we are filled.  Spaces are filled on a first come first serve basis. Vendors who vended the last show will get first choice to return for the next show. 

About the Vendor Space:
We have over 44,000 square feet of vendor space. Tables are all 6 foot long.  We provide you with table &,chairs. Electric is now provided at no additional cost.  

Show Layout & Exclusives:
This show is in one large room, so all vendors will be in the same area. Doing this allows traffic to flow more smoothly and evenly throughout the venue.  No one space or area is better than the other because of this.  Though we do not do exclusives, we will monitor what each vendor brings so that we do not over populate the show with any specific species or supplies. 

Table Fees:
As promised, table fees have not gone up.  Table fees are for the rental of said table space for the duration of the event.  Table fees are $96 per 6 foot table.  This table fee includes the table, and chairs, and electric.  We no longer offer any table quantity discounts.  Once table fees have been paid, there are no refunds for any reason, So please message us if you have any questions before you make payment.  After you make payment, it is too late and you will not receive a refund.

Becoming A Vendor: Becoming a vendor is as simple as filling out the Vendor Registration form at the link below. IF YOU ARE NOT A REPTILE RELATED VENDOR, YOU MUST FIRST MESSAGE US FOR PERMISSION TO VEND.  IF YOU DO NOT. YOUR REGISTRATION MAY BE CANCELED AND REFUNDED, LESS A 5% PROCESSING FEE. Its now that simple, no waiting for a phone call or a follow up email!  Be as descriptive as you can when filling out the personal questions on registration.  This information will be used to advertise you/ your business at the show.
